BREACHOCITY
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
BREACHOCITY is a high-velocity, punch-heavy combat experience where speed and precision matter.
Currently there is only a wave / survival mode
But here is the intended story to be add(and background info for waves mode):
While excavating, your branch uncovered a mysterious chemical that turned your fellow soldiers violently aggressive. Now they’re spreading corruption to anyone they encounter. Your mission: fight your way upward, stop the outbreak, and save the world before it’s too late.
This build is an early combat system test, one month in development. The game is also part of a larger music project I’m creating to showcase my work as a game composer. The soundtrack is still in progress, and the game itself is in active development.
⚔ Combat System
This game is designed around a weaken → finish loop:
-
Shoot enemies to weaken them
-
Punch to finish them off
There are currently no visual cues for this system (yet), but that is the intended design.
If you rely on only punching or only shooting — you will die very fast.
🎮 Controls
-
F – Punch
-
Left Click – Shoot
-
Space – Jump
-
WASD – Move
Controller compatible.
⚠ Important
There is no full tutorial at the moment. The combat system is intentionally fast and punishing while still being refined.
If you encounter any bugs, balancing issues, or confusing mechanics, please let me know. Feedback is extremely appreciated.
This is my first game made in Godot and the third game I’ve ever developed, so constructive criticism is very welcome.
